[Test] Old factories transformed into creative parks: public spaces welcome new vitality

Urban renewal is shifting from large-scale demolition and reconstruction to more delicate spatial renovation. An old factory that had been out of use for many years has, after repair, become a creative park jointly used by exhibitions, studios, and community activities.

The preserved industrial structures contrast with the new public facilities, and this also makes the area a new place for citizens’ daily walks and cultural consumption.
